Leah started her culinary education as a stewardess aboard her family’s luxury charter yachts in the Caribbean Islands, where she learned the most valuable of lessons in culinary arts and fine food service. Continuing to advance her culinary skills over the last three decades she has catered to dignitaries, world leaders, world class athletes, celebrities, family, and friends.
Today Leah is co-owner of PV Sailing, a privately owned North Sails service loftand El Loft Café in the Bandera’s Bay of Mexico. Here she is able to combine her lifetime love of sailing with her culinary skills. In association with ISA,Leah provides a delicious and memorable taste experience, offering a variety of fresh, healthy, well balanced and proportioned meals and snacks which combine to enhanceyour ISA training experience.
