Rescheduling & Refunds
Requests for rescheduling may be made up to 30 days prior to your activity – we will try to reschedule you based on availability.
Refunds are provided for cancellations made 90 days (or more) prior to the activity start date.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations, or cancellations within 30 days of the activity, are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling for any reason.
We cannot make exceptions to the policies above for any reason including illness, family emergencies, flight cancellations due to weather, or for any other reasons.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances that may make you unable to attend your clinic. We will not make exceptions to the policies listed above. Please purchase travel insurance.
No credits or refunds are provided for days of sailing missed, including days missed due to travel delays, weather conditions, sickness, family emergency or injury.

Lost or Damaged Boats & Equipment
We reserve the right to also charge your card on file for any damages or lost items while it is in your possession, up to $1,500. For Laser sailors, we recommend purchasing ISAs boat insurance during the registration process.
