We do not provide refunds for cancellations made within 90 days of your activity. Your deposit with us lasts until April 1st of the following season, so if you need to cancel your sail, we will hold your deposit as a non transferable credit. Within 14 days of your activity, we can not provide any refund or rescheduling.
Requests for rescheduling may be made up to 14 days prior to your activity – we will try to reschedule you based on our current availability. No-shows or last minute cancellations are not eligible for any refund or rescheduling.
For multi day activities, we do not provide credits or refunds for days of sailing missed, including days missed due to travel delays, weather conditions, sickness or injury. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances.
For single day activities, if it is not possible to sail due to poor weather conditions, ISA will try to reschedule you to the next available opportunity, or issue a credit towards a future activity.
Lost or Damaged Boats & Equipment
We reserve the right to also charge your card on file for any damages or lost items while it is in your possession, up to $1,500. For laser sailors, we recommend purchasing ISAs boat insurance during the registration process.
The boat must be returned to the dock by 4PM sharp, or following fee will be charged: $150 USD
If you require a rescue or assistance on the water, the following fee will be charged: $250 USD
