Vaughn has worked with countless Olympians, youth and masters sailors. He coached at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, the 2020 Tokyo Games and the 2024 Paris Games. He is the Canadian Women's National Team coach and has coached and advised many top sailors including 2X World Champion Nick Thompson, Lorenzo Chiavarini, Michael Beckett and more. He is a highly experienced youth and masters coach and one of the most specialized and sought coaches in the industry.
