About This Clinic

Train with two-time Olympian Elena Oetling in a high-performance ILCA clinic built around the habits, technique, and details required to compete at the very top of the ILCA fleet. Elena brings the perspective of a sailor who has progressed from Opti national teams to ILCA international podiums, Pan American Games, World Championships, World Cups, and two Olympic Games.

This clinic follows the proven ISA Speed & Handling structure used in Vaughn Harrison and Luke “Swifto” Elliott signature weeks: clear daily targets, deliberate on-water reps, technical briefings, and video-supported feedback. Elena’s lens adds Olympic-level execution, starting discipline, racing intensity, and practical technique work that sailors can immediately take back to their own racing.

Expect a focused six-day week in La Cruz with upwind and downwind boatspeed, boat handling, acceleration, starts, mark roundings, and racing integration tied together through Elena’s international ILCA experience.
