These terms describe booking and participation in ISA clinics, including our current cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Bookings and Participation
Review the dates, location, price, inclusions, optional extras, and payment schedule shown for your selected program before booking. Your booking confirmation records your reservation details. Travel, accommodation, and meals are not included unless expressly listed.
Sailing is a physical outdoor activity. Please tell ISA about relevant experience and participation needs before your clinic and follow the coaching team's safety instructions. Any separate participation waiver presented during booking remains a separate document.
Cancellation Policy — Clinic Cancellations
Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the clinic start date.
Within 30 days of the scheduled clinic start date, ISA cannot reschedule cancellations under any circumstances and does not provide credits or reimbursements for the clinic fee.
Important Information
The 30-day policy applies for any reason, including illness, weather, global disease emergencies, terrorism, sailor injury, travel disruption, or other unexpected events.
Since ISA cannot make exceptions to this policy, we strongly recommend purchasing third-party travel insurance that covers clinic fees, flights, accommodations, and other trip expenses.
