Cancellation Policy
This page contains the current cancellation and rescheduling policy for ISA clinics.
Clinic Cancellations
Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the clinic start date.
Within 30 days of the scheduled clinic start date, ISA cannot reschedule cancellations under any circumstances and does not provide credits or reimbursements for the clinic fee.
Important Information
The 30-day policy applies for any reason, including illness, weather, global disease emergencies, terrorism, sailor injury, travel disruption, or other unexpected events.
Since ISA cannot make exceptions to this policy, we strongly recommend purchasing third-party travel insurance that covers clinic fees, flights, accommodations, and other trip expenses.
