Privacy Policy
How we handle personal information when you use our website and services. Updated October 22, 2026.
Information We Receive
We receive the information you provide when you contact ISA, book a clinic, register participants, or use our coaching services. This may include names, contact details, sailing experience, participant information, booking selections, and information you choose to include in messages or coaching submissions.
How We Use Information
We use this information to answer inquiries, manage bookings and payments, organize coaching and equipment, communicate about your program, and maintain operational and financial records. Information relevant to delivering your program may be shared with the staff and coaches involved.
Payments and Service Providers
Online card payments are handled by Stripe. Our booking system stores payment references and payment status, rather than full card numbers or card security codes. We use service providers for website hosting, database storage, email, payments, and coaching platforms. They process information needed to provide those services, which may involve processing outside your country.
Cookies and Website Activity
The site uses cookies or similar browser storage for functions such as staff sign-in and preferences. Where website analytics is enabled, page views and interactions may be recorded to help us understand how the site is used. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Retention and Access
We retain information as needed to deliver services, maintain booking and accounting records, and meet applicable obligations. Staff access is restricted through account permissions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your Requests
Contact info@internationalsailingacademy.com to ask about your personal information or request a correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing bookings, accounting, or other applicable obligations. For information submitted about a child, a parent or guardian can contact us on their behalf.
